Most non-food and non-personal items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is also required. Eligible categories for return include clothing and accessories (that are unworn and unwashed), home and kitchen items, and other non-personal household goods.

For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned. This includes food and beverage items, as well as health and beauty products such as skincare, haircare, makeup, soaps, lotions, oils, fragrances, Ayurvedic and herbal supplements, and personal hygiene items. Additionally, items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable.
